Followed the Cupping Coach training with Anneke. What a power woman! Very knowledgeable and everything taken care of down to the last detail. If we have not yet gone through all the teaching material of that day, she will continue, she does not look at the time but has really been there for us. Very warm atmosphere and you immediately feel at ease.
The material is very versatile. I can recommend this to everyone, you not only make business growth but also really on a personal level. Thank you Anneke for this beautiful and educational experience.

The yoga classes are palpably prepared with love and are given with love. It already starts when you enter the room; everything is already ready for the yogis. No lesson is the same and every now and then sometimes a completely different lesson, which then feels like a gift.
In addition to the weekly yoga class, I followed a cupping course. Special what can come up on a physical, mental and energetic level. As it is also described, that's how I experienced it; then 'it' will flow again! I have also been able to follow several retreat days, special days, actually impossible to express in words. Went into these days with an open mind and heart and received a lot of beautiful things in return. Attention, love and growth are central to everything Anneke does, highly recommended, in any way, to follow something with her!
